Media Performance Dialog Box

The media performance functionality in Intel® GPA is available only on Intel® HD Graphics 3000/2000 platforms, on Microsoft Windows 7* and Microsoft Windows Vista* OS.
Using the Media Performance analysis feature in Intel® GPA in conjunction with the Intel® GPA Platform Analyzer, you can visualize the execution profile of media tasks in your application over time. The Intel® GPA Monitor collects real-time trace data during the execution of your media workload. The Intel GPA Platform Analyzer provides a system-wide picture of how your code executes on both the CPU and the GPU.
The EU and MFX parts of GPU perform different tasks and can work in parallel. The table below shows how three real-time indicators are calculated on base of four GPU states:
