Docking User Interface
The Intel® GPA Platform Analyzer is built upon a docking interface around a Task Timeline. The docking framework enables you to place any number of panels on the top, bottom, left, or right of the timeline, and allows you to stack these panels in any of those locations in a tab view.
Each panel presents the trace data and task selection set in a format that assists in performing a detailed analysis of the data. Different types of analysis are available through the range of panels available, such as textual trees displaying a list of selected tasks in the timeline, or a bar chart containing the sums of task durations as bars that correspond to common workloads.
You can undock panels to and place them whenever you want on the screen.
