Sorting the Task Tracks Order
Once you loaded a trace capture file, the task tracks are sorted in the Task Timeline in the following manner:
- Custom Tasks
- Queue Tasks
- Aggregate Track
- Task Groups Track
- CPU track (if contained in the trace capture file)

GPU track (if contained in the trace capture file)

You can change the sort order of the task tracks displayed in the Task Timeline either by start time or by name:
- From the Intel® GPA Platform Analyzer Tracks menu select Sort Tasks.
- Select By Start Time to sort the tracks in order by the start time of the first task, marker or task group in the track, or By Name to sort the tracks in alphabetical order by track name.
You can also change the task tracks order by dragging the track labels up and down.
