Intel® GPA Updates

When your machine is connected to the Internet, by default the Intel® Graphics Performance Analyzers automatically check for software updates. During this check, no personally-identifiable information is collected.

If a new version of Intel GPA is available, the Software Update dialog appears. Select one of the three options and click OK.

You can also check whether a new version of Intel GPA is available at any time:

  1. Click the Intel® GPA Monitor icon in the taskbar notification area and select Preferences….
  2. Click the Update button. This option requires an internet connection.

If you do not want to be notified when a new version of Intel GPA is available, turn off auto-updates:

  1. Click the Intel® GPA Monitor icon in the taskbar notification area and select Preferences….
  2. Select the Turn off auto-updates check box.
  3. Click OK.

When you launch the Intel GPA Monitor, it checks the Intel® Graphics Driver version installed on your machine. If the driver version you are using is not the latest one, you will get the following message:
